A man disguised as a maintenance worker gains access to Rebecca's apartment so that he can test out his wonderful new device - a freeze ray gun. When he shoots Rebecca with the ray, she freezes in time and becomes completely unaware of the events taking place while time is stopped. When she is re-animated, she is confused and unaware of what just happened. After being frozen a couple of times, Rebecca becomes frightened and angry.
